The company operated with its main mission to serve the Connecticut community and provide a pristine level of service higher than any other company could provide. If you would like to reserve a vehicle please let us know as much information as possible including vehicle type, date of event, time of pickup and return, number of passengers and type of event. Bill's Limousine is conveiniently located in Windsor, Connecticut. We are 15 minutes north of Hartford and just 10 minutes from Bradley International Airport. We serve the entire tri-state area including New York and New Jersey.
