I have been using Smooth Ride for several years now and could not be more pleased. I never worry if Nathan will be on time, he always is. He carefully watches departure and arrival updates. He is so helpful with carrying my luggage to the car and back to my house. We always have discussions during our drive but, gives privacy when needed. I highly recommend this limo service and know you will be as pleased as I am.

Took Smooth Ride to JFK. We got a late start with a lot of luggage but the driver was great and managed to load the car quickly and efficiently. Things got worse as we hit heavy traffic so we wound up going on side streets to JFK. Driver was amazing as he wound his way through Queens and got us to the airport on time. He helped us unload, got a skycap for us and maintained his pleasant personality throughout the trip. Truly a great start to a vacation which started late with a great deal of stress and aggravation.
