I booked a limo with this company months in advance for my daughter's Sweet 16. They called 3 weeks before the event to cancel because the limo "was in the shop and getting new brakes and the girl who booked my reservation was in training." I believe the company realized that my reservation date was during prom season and able to charge someone else a higher rate than the one I was offered. Also, it doesn't take 3 weeks to get breaks on a car. Lastly, if the reason for the cancelation was truly due to a mechanical issue, why imply that an employee was in training as if she did something incorrectly when booking my reservation?
By the way, the rep that made my reservation was the reason I went with the company in the first place. She was very professional and helpful. Don't use this company unless you want to get a last minute headache.

We used Sacob Limo for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration in midtown Atlanta. Everyone we worked with for this special occasion was great - Sharon was easy to work with as we finalized details of our booking, Bruno answered all our questions, and Richard the driver was prompt, courteous, and responsive to our requests. We would definitely use Sacob for another special event in the future! They helped make our daughter's night out on the town very memorable.

Very professional. I chose them blindly from the internet after needing a ride from the airport to Gwinnett County. And I was very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness and communication. On 10/21/16, my company hired Sacob Limo Service to transport 10 people roundtrip from Lawrenceville to downtown Atlanta. The driver arrived prior to the scheduled time of 5:45 AM. The stretch limo was immaculate, and the entire experience was excellent. We will definitely be a repeat customer!
