I've been renting cars all over the world, and I've never had a better experience than with Allstate. They were able to get me a car for my trip to New York City in just a couple of hours, no matter what time of day or night it was. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, and the pickup locations were convenient. When I got there, the staff was waiting for me at the curb with my keys in hand. They even inspected the car for any damage before handing it over! I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service.

The Allstate Private Car & Limo team is unlike any other car rental company I've ever worked with. I was traveling from Brooklyn NY to Boston MA for a business trip and needed a rental vehicle to get me there. I'd never used Allstate before, but I found that they had pickup locations in both cities and could provide me with the exact car I needed for my trip. The booking process was fast and easy, and the customer service representatives were incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions about their services.
When I arrived at the pickup location in New York City, my driver was waiting for me with a smile on his face and ready to take me to Boston! The drive was smooth and comfortable (the car was luxurious!)-and we even stopped by Starbucks so we could grab an iced coffee before hitting the road! The whole experience exceeded my expectations by far! My only regret is that I didn't know about this company sooner!

I just wanted to say how much I loved the experience of renting a car from Allstate. I was in a bind and needed to rent a car for an important meeting. The previous day, I had booked a rental car and it was supposed to be ready by 8 am on Thursday morning. Unfortunately, when I showed up at the location where I was supposed to pick up the car, there was no record of any reservation (with my name or otherwise).
The staff there told me that no one had called them with any changes to their reservations, but they were able to quickly find another vehicle for me. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help out in a time of need. Their service was great-the price was reasonable and the pickup location was very convenient for where I needed to go. And they provided me with all the information I needed about how to return the vehicle when our business concluded; all in all, it was an excellent experience!
