First time using Summit Express. Booked online but when I called a few days before to confirm they did not have our reservations. Luckily I called beforehand and was able to then make a new reservation. Our driver Adnan arrived 15 min early and was very pleasant and courteous. The vehicle was immaculate and the ride to the airport was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend but call them first.

I use Summit Express as often as I can. They are a very reliable service. The first time I used them I had forgotten to set up a return ride for my pick up at the airport. I called up when I landed, hoping they could squeeze me in somehow. Without hesitation the courteous man on the phone was able to rearrange the schedule and get me a car in less than 15 minutes. These people are friendly and are like family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Used Summit Express last week to go to the PNC center and the driver was great. On the return back the driver sent me a text message where he was parked and it was so easy to find him. Free upgrade to an SUV really capped the night off. I'm using them again to go to the airport next week. Good company and Vinny is very nice to deal with.
