Very responsive to my calls, even during prom season. Our driver, Joe, was FANTASTIC! He arrived early for our pick up and then drove us all around Manhattan, made multiple stops and was always where he said he would be when we came out. I would definitely use them again!

We used this company for our daughter's wedding recently scheduling a large party bus for the wedding party and a limo for the parents/close relatives on both sides. The company was easy to work with even with my numerous questions and double checking ahead of time! On the day of the wedding both vehicles arrived on time, worked with us with some timing issues during to the heavy rains that day, and provided excellent service.
The drivers for each vehicle were professional, pleasant, helpful, and considerate. We had a great time, even with the rain, and the drivers both helped with umbrellas, getting in and out of the vehicles, and helping to keep the "happy" in the day no matter the rain. I fully recommend this service!

Kevin the owner was awesome, he worked with me in regard to every detail to see what type of transportation I was looking for. Our driver Katina, was great too. Even though it wasn't a long drive she made sure we were having fun and safe. I definitely recommend this service for large groups! Service: Birthday party planning

Horrible and rude customer service. I attempted to request a quote for a wedding. The quote request sheet specifically list party bus as a option. When I received the rates, party bus was not an option before. I asked customer service 3 times through email which bus would be the best option for a party bus for a wedding party. I received a rude email stating "I've never had this issue before. Limo bus and party bus are the same" horrible customer service. I just wanted clarification on the buses so that I could book the correct. Do not waste time spending money with this business. They do not value customer service.
